Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Swéy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds, exchanges, and store credits may be available.


Return Window

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:


  • Be unworn

  • Be unused

  • Be unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be free from stains, odours, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or damage Swéy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.


Customers are responsible for reviewing the product size guide before placing an order. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, Swéy may offer:

  • Store credit

  • An alternative size or product

  • A refund where legally required


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:


  • Change of mind purchases

  • Products no longer wanted

  • Colour preferences

  • Orders placed by mistake


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact support@swey.me within 7 days of delivery.

Photos may be required for assessment.


Where approved, customers may choose one of the following remedies:


  • Full refund

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:


  • Requesting a size exchange

  • Returning an item for reasons not caused by Swéy


Swéy Responsibility

Swéy will cover reasonable return shipping costs when:


  • An incorrect item was sent

  • An item arrives damaged

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.


Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Store Credit

Swéy may offer store credit as an alternative remedy where appropriate. Store credit may be subject to expiry periods where permitted by law.

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, or marked-down items are considered final sale.


These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law or where a manufacturing defect exists.


Product Appearance

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to:


  • Screen settings

  • Device displays

  • Lighting conditions

  • Photography variations


Such differences do not constitute defects.


Limitation of Liability

Swéy reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund, exchange, or store credit request.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not comply with this policy.
